Our environment is changing more and more. Economic transition models are growing, creativity and innovation are making their place. With these cultural and social changes, human resource management is naturally changing. Corporate social responsibility is becoming a key issue. Better management of diversity and inclusion, as well as corporate well-being, are becoming a matter of course. This transition cannot happen without you! This is why we are organising a digital event during the Greater Geneva Open Innovation Festival on the theme: "responsible, supportive and sustainable platform". This workshop is aimed at company managers, state and private partners, employees and any other person interested in the idea of a responsible, supportive and sustainable platform.
